J.K. Elder & Associates, Inc. was formed in 2007 to address programmatic, operational, technological, fiscal, and evaluation needs within public and private human service organizations. Through the integration of knowledge spanning each of these disciplines, we are able to create custom solutions designed to improve operational efficiencies, enhance outcomes and leverage available funding. We are able to apply our knowledge to a broad spectrum of service areas including child welfare, mental health, public assistance, aging, and education. Our principal staff members have been engaged in the implementation of large scale programmatic and software solutions for public entities and have worked with private agencies to establish locally-focused strategic plans. Through these diverse projects, we have developed the ability to help organizations see and access development and growth opportunities.
